QuestionWhat do I need to do if I forgot my User ID and/or Password?

AnswerClick on Forgot Password area of the login screen and enter your email address. The TechConnect system tries to match the email address you supplied to an email address in the database, if a match is found the User ID and Password will be sent to the given email address.
If the email address is not found, an error is generated. Please check that the email address you entered is error free or submit a different email address if you use more than one.
If you still continue to generate an error, please contact your local Technical College for assistance.
